山のいきもの

朝、イノシシが５頭とれたのでさばいてみるかと連絡が入りました。

行ってみると40kg級が２頭、子どもが３頭。

初めての光景に目を白黒白黒の私たちでした。

 

There was a phone call from our neighbor in the morning and asked whether we join dismantling the wild boars.

Two big ones and three tiny ones.

Ryosuke-san tried it, and finally they turned to meat.

We thanked for the blessing of the mountain.

 

 

解体前に重さ測定です

いきものを頂く瞬間。
しずかに緊張感が漂いました。

りょうすけさんも教えてもらいながらの初イノシシ解体。
レバーにネック、モモにひれ、心臓にいたるまでお肉となりました。
大切にていねいに頂こうと思いました。
